- When will
you ship my order?
All express orders received before 1:00 PM CST (Monday
through to Friday) are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1:00 PM
CST are shipped the next business day. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays.
Please also take note on the following days our office is
close.

- Do you ship
outside the US?
We do not ship
outside the US.
- How can I
track the status of my order?
If you are
a registered customer, simply log into your account and you will be able to
track the status of your shipment there. Or else, simply email us through the
“Contact Us” form found on the website and we will respond to your query within
2 business days.
- What happen
if I gave you the wrong address?
There will be a 20.00 address correction fee for all bad address,
incorrect zip codes etc. We will send you an email once UPS and or Fed Ex
notify us that there is an issue with the address supplied. This process can at
times take up to two weeks depending on when the shipment takes place.
- Are you
able to ship to P O Boxes?
We do offer shipping to all APO,
FPO and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days
to ship out. There are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims
honored under these circumstances as the time and effort it takes to handle a
claim with the post office is simply beyond our capabilities at this time. You
can however process claims on your own if you so choose.
- Are you
able to ship to hospitals or hotels?
We are not
able to ship to hospitals or hotels.
Returns/Claims Information
- What is
your return or claims policy?
All damage
claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 2 business
days of the gift being received. Please email us using our “Contact Us” form on
our website for any claims. Once verification has been carried out with the
carrier, we will then proceed to resend the gift basket out to your recipient
again, offer you credit with our store towards your next purchase or issue you
a full refund.
- Where do we
